Productivity Solutions Grant
For All Singapore SMEsThe most widely available grant — any Singapore-registered SME with ≥30% local shareholding qualifies. PeopleCentral is IMDA pre-approved, so there is no additional vendor assessment required.
Key Eligibility Points
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- At least 30% local shareholding
- Company size ≤200 employees or ≤S$100M turnover
- No sector restriction — open to all industries
Tech-and-GO!
Start Digital Programme
Social Service Agencies OnlyExclusively for Social Service Agencies (SSAs). Up to 80% funding under the Start Digital category, covering the complete PeopleCentral HR suite — max S$30,000 per solution, S$150,000 per SSA.

- Social Service Agencies (SSAs) only — not for general SMEs
- Up to S$30,000 per solution, S$150,000 per SSA
- Approved under the Start Digital pre-scoped programme
- Includes the full PeopleCentral HR module suite
Digi-TAC
Digitalisation of TACs
Trade Associations & Chambers OnlyExclusively for Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs). S$60,000 total over 3 years with an annual cap of S$30,000, administered by Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and SGTech. Application deadline: 31 July 2025.
Key Eligibility Points
- Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) only — not for general SMEs
- S$60,000 total funding over 3-year programme
- S$30,000 annual cap, resets 1 August each year
- Application must be submitted by 31 July 2025
