Singapore SMEs
EDGE is the Enterprise Singapore grant that replaced PSG, EDG, and MRA from 30 September 2026. Eligible Singapore SMEs get up to 50% support, capped at S$30,000 per year, for adopting productivity solutions like PeopleCentral.
PSG is now EDGE
Enterprise Singapore has merged PSG, EDG, and MRA into a single scheme called the EDGE Grant. New PSG, EDG, and MRA applications closed on 29 September 2026. From 30 September 2026, businesses apply through EDGE on the Business Grants Portal. Funding for HR and productivity software is unchanged at up to 50%, capped at S$30,000 per year.
What Changed
PSG, EDG, and MRA merged into EDGE
From 30 September 2026, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) have been consolidated into a single application framework called EDGE. Businesses now apply through the Business Grants Portal under one unified scheme instead of three separate ones.

What it means for PeopleCentral customers
Funding for HR and productivity software is unchanged under EDGE. Eligible SMEs still receive up to 50% support, capped at S$30,000 per year. PeopleCentral remains a grant-supported solution, and our team handles the application paperwork for you end-to-end.
Already on PSG?
Existing PSG projects and submissions are still processed and claimable on completion. Nothing you have already applied for is lost.
Eligibility
Who can apply for EDGE?
EDGE is available to Singapore-registered SMEs that meet the standard Enterprise Singapore criteria. There is no sector restriction for productivity solutions like PeopleCentral.
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- At least 30% local shareholding
- Company size ≤200 employees or ≤S$100M annual turnover
- Purchase or subscription of PeopleCentral must be used in Singapore

How to claim your EDGE grant
Get a quote from PeopleCentral
We prepare a formal quotation with all the details needed for your EDGE application.
Apply on Business Grants Portal
Submit your EDGE application at businessgrants.gov.sg before making any purchase.
Receive approval & subscribe
Once approved, proceed to subscribe to PeopleCentral at the subsidised rate.
Claim reimbursement
After implementation, submit your reimbursement claim through the BGP portal.
